TOPSHOT - A Russian national flag flies by destroyed buildings in Mariupol on April 12, 2022, as Russian troops intensify a campaign to take the strategic port city, part of an anticipated massive onslaught across eastern Ukraine, while Russia's President makes a defiant case for the war on Russia's neighbour.

The cornered Neo-Nazi Azov Regiment would not leave unless the Russian army agreed to their conditions before leaving their positions.

Vladimir Putin's forces gained control of Mariupol and are negotiating for an ending to fighting with Nazi sympathizers. But Kyiv reportedly blamed Moscow before an agreement was reached to establish safe passage for them.

Azov Refuses To Give Up

The Ukrainian supremacists who fell back to the Azovstal steel plant in the Black Sea port city of Mariupol are waiting for the response of the Russian army, reported the Daily Telegraph.

Svyatoslav Palamar, the deputy commander of the neo-Nazi Azov regiment last Wednesday, posted a new video saying his troops will on vacate their hole; if a third party was involved, noted BBC.

They demanded to retain their arms and evacuate their wounded and dead from the route. Palamar demanded they walk out and not surrender to Russian forces or Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) soldiers.

Commander of Ukraine's 36th marines brigade, Sergey Volyna, sent a video with the same message as the Russians routed their group. He claimed there were 500 wounded soldiers and hundreds of civilians who willing got holed up with them, cited the Press United.

He added that they were spared their failed assault in the city and claimed they were in danger of the military operation. Begged for that, a foreign power takes them to any state supporting Kyiv.

Russia To Set Humanitarian Corridor

A new attempt by the Russian military to provide a humanitarian passage for Neo-Nazi Azov Regiment and civilians willing to leave the Azovstal complex has failed.

The military stated that the Kyiv authorities' declared humanitarian effort was shamelessly interrupted, as no one used the passage.

The forsaken Ukrainians were told they were wrong, and all means to spare them were done. Mentioned their leader, Volodymyr Zelensky, let their capture happen and are hopeless.

Despite leeway for surrender without bloodshed, Kyiv said it was Moscow's error to stage a way out. The Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Irina Vereschukn alleged Russia did not honor a ceasefire.

Kyiv claimed that Russian forces had no actual intention to implement the surrender of its soldiers.

Vladimir Putin said the Minsk Pact was ignored, with the acceptance of the Kremlin of Donbas breakaway provinces Donetsk and Lugansk (DPR and LPR).

The Ukrainian regime did not stay neutral and claimed no provoking by it, and the west happened; even as Putin said, the Neo-Nazis would attack the LPR and DPR again, which was stopped by a special operation.

Mariupol is under Russian control

Russian army forces took control of the Donbas Black Sea port city of Mariupol, as told by Sergey Shoigu to Russian Leader Vladimir Putin on Thursday.

Around 2000, Neo-Nazis who are pro-Kyiv won't budge in the Azovstal steel plant in the city.

President Vladimir Putin advised Mr. Shoigu to block the militants not storming into the plant, remarked RT; if non-combatants alleged inside might be hurt, mentioned TASS. The remaining Azovs and marines will be cut off until they surrender.

Russian army units cut off Mariupol from support; about 8,100 Ukrainian soldiers and their allies were in the plant.

The Neo-Nazi Azov regiment holed up in the plant gave conditions for surrender, though human shields were with them was a concern of Russian forces for their safety.
