Tori Spelling has reportedly told friends that she can't afford to divorce her husband Dean McDermott. According to Radar Online, the former "90210" actress fears she'll "go broke" if she splits from her husband of seven years.

"She would definitely kick Dean to the curb if she could financially afford to do so... Tori has admitted she would file for divorce from Dean, but she is afraid she would go broke," the source told Radar.

According to reports, Spelling and McDermott didn't sign a prenup before saying "I do" which is making the idea of splitting up difficult.

"The couple has no prenuptial agreement, and Tori is the sole breadwinner," the source continued. "Dean wouldn't settle for anything less than joint custody, and Tori would be forced to pay him spousal and child support. It's a really sad situation for Tori and the kids."

According to Celebritynetworth.com, Spelling and McDermott are both worth $1.5 million. However, there have been reports claiming that the actress' actual net worth is closer to $300 million. Spelling married the "Santa Baby 2" actor after ending her first marriage to Charlie Shanian. The source told Radar that Spelling and Shanian did have a prenup.

"Before marrying Charlie, Tori's parents forced her to get a prenup and she was very thankful for it once the marriage went south," the source said. "With the recent allegations that Dean cheated on Tori, she's now kicking herself for not securing the prenup with Deadn. She doesn't plan on divorcing Dean, but feels that a prenup could have prevented him from cheating on her."

McDermott, 47, recently checked into a Los Angeles rehab center after being accused of cheating on Spelling, 40, with a woman he met in Toronto. Emily Goodhand claims she and McDermott slept together while staying at a Toronto hotel.

According to Radar, Goodhand claims McDermott told her he was in a "sexless marriage" with his wife.
