Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting Buy Khloe and Lamar's Former Home: Newlyweds Pay $5.5 Million Up Front for Sprawling Tarzana Estate

Kaley Cuoco reportedly bought the former Tarzana, Calif. home of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom paying the $5.5 million price tag up-front.

According to a report by Forbes, the "Big Bang Theory" star purchased the estate with her new husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting, from the divorced stars of "Khloe & Lamar," this week.

The 8,000 square-foot home, originally listed for $5,499,000 is encircled by a Mulholland Park gate that leads to the estate, located at the end of cul-de-sac. The house features an enormous living room, kitchen with breakfast nook, and fireplaces dotted with mosaic tile, Forbes reported.

Seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a theater round out the luxurious home, which is also outfitted with three custom-designed closets in the master suite.

Khloe and Lamar lived in the home for close to four years before Khloe filed for divorce in December, on grounds of "irreconcilable differences." The duo reportedly encountered marital issues following Lamar's alleged drug use.

The former couple originally purchased the home for $3,950,000.

Many episodes of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and the subsequent spin-off "Khloe & Lamar" were filmed inside the famed estate.
