Microsoft Surface sales have skyrocketed after MacBook Pro fails to make a mark in the market.

Microsoft came up with the Surface Studio all-in-one PC, as well as Surface Book with a promise for a much better performance. The new range has a new hardware.

Apple, on the other hand, released its updated range of MacBook Pro, the 15-inch and the 13-inch versions. It came with a new Touch Bar above the keyboard.

Both Apple and Microsoft had a critical November. Both the companies wanted to check how customers received the new range of products. It was also worth checking if the consumers were ready to spend a lot for the products, since both ranges of products came with a high price.

Microsoft declared on Monday that Surface sales had a great month in November. At the same time, the company said that the figures for MacBook Pro products were "disappointing," especially in the professional market.

Brian Hall said the figures proved that the Surface team was doing a great job. The figures in the US market were apparently backed by negative reviews of the MacBook Pro.

"It seems like a new review recommending Surface over MacBook comes out daily," Digital Trends quoted the corporate vice president of Microsoft Devices Marketing as saying. "This makes our team so proud."

Hall also said that many people had started shifting to Surface from Macs. According to him, Microsoft's trade-in program for Apple MacBook reached an all-time high. According to reports, there is a rising popularity for Microsoft Surface over Apple MacBook, Fortune notes.

Best Buy's Surface bundle offer got sold out on a single day in the United States. Microsoft had the best one week in the UK. On Amazon Germany, the Surface bundle turned out to be the bestselling PC peripheral in 12 hours.
