Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie never ran out of means in order to win the child custody case while their divorce battle continues. It has been reported that the ex-couple encountered in court when Pitt asked for the child custody documents to be sealed but he was later denied by the court.

As reported by Jezebel, the actor requested the court to seal all pertinent documents after Jolie and her lawyer filed an order which is labelled as the "October Stipulation." This contains the group therapy that the ex-couple should take part in together with their six kids and the child custody psychologist is the one to decide for the visitation schedule.

Part of this stipulation is the court order that Pitt should submit himself to drug and alcohol testing four times a month. And this "October Stipulation" was filed by Angelina Jolie's camp as a response to Brad Pitt's request of giving him more visitation time with the kids. So it looks like Jolie is making it hard for Pitt when it comes to the custody of their six kids.

Because of this, Brad is blaming his ex-wife for exposing and making all the documents pertaining to the legal proceedings of the child custody case public. According to some reports and sources, Brad Pitt is extremely concerned that this will affect and put the children's privacy and security at risk.

Some rumors suggest that this is just part of Angelina Jolie's dirty tactics to restrain Brad Pitt from seeing his kids, and worse, to finally get the full custody of the kids.

It can be recalled that Pitt has been granted an emergency hearing in an effort to argue the need to seal the documents and proceedings relevant to the case. However, Brad Pitt was not successful and Angelina Jolie still has the custody of their six children.

The ex-couple's court date is scheduled in January and people are hoping that all the nasty things happening between them now will end as the case will be decided.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have been fighting really hard for this child custody and divorce battle and it shows with how they deal with the cases.
