Bandai Namco introduces Miguel, the Spanish brawler, to Tekken 7 as one of the characters as the game is set for release early next year.

Miguel Caballero Rojo was the Spaniard renegade who was first introduced in Tekken 6. He will take part in "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution", as reported by Game Rant.

His fighting style is street brawl and he never had any formal martial art training. He has rebellious and reckless character, which was showcased in his fighting style.

Miguel has a deep rooted vengeance to the main villain of the "Tekken 7" Kazuya Mishima, the son of Heihachi Mishima. He was also added in the arcade version of "Tekken 7", reports Forbes.

"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" will be released early 2017 with PS4, Xbox One and PC.

In the new installment of the "Tekken" franchise, there will be no cross platform play, according to Bandai Namco producer and game director Katsuhiro Harada. PC gamers will be unable to play against console users such Xbox or PS4.

The reason of eliminating the cross platform play is because PC gamers have reputation of cheating especially among game console players, according to PC Gamer.

Another reason was security risk as cross platform play open the door for potential mods and hacks to spread across platforms.

"Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" is the latest installment of "Tekken" fighting video game franchise from Bandai Namco Entertainment.

"Tekken" began in 1994 as an arcade game and it was ported to PlayStation in 1996. Its main antagonist is Heihachi, who host the Tekken tournament and has appeared since "Tekken" first edition.
