The Robertson family, stars of A&E's "Duck Dynasty," will soon be releasing their own line of guns, Today.com reports. Gunmaker Mossberg announced that they will be working with the family to release 12 guns - nine shotguns, two semiautomatic rifles and a semiautomatic pistol.
All the guns will come in a camouflage pattern, include the Duck Commander logo - which is a duck in flight - and will include an American flag bandana "like the one worn by Willie" on the show.
"The long-term agreement with the Robertson family and the hugely popular Duck Commander franchise includes a focus on the family's passion of waterfowl hunting, promotion of the shooting sports and family values as well as a series of Mossberg 'Duck Commander' firearms," the company said in a press release, Today.com reports.
A spokesperson for Mossberg told CNN that the company has already started shipping some of the shotguns to distributors but would not reveal which specific retailers will be selling the guns. According to their website the guns range in prices from $270 to over $900.
"[The 22-caliber pistol is] perfect for small game, plinking, target shooting - or clearing cottonmouths out of your duck blind," the website says.
"Duck Dynasty" patriarch Phil Robertson and his sons are featured in four ads for the new gun lines.
"Come home with us," Phil says in the video. "Let's go back to our roots... Grab your gun. Let's go kill some ducks boys."
In another video Phil says "Do you know what makes me happy ladies and gentlemen? To blow a mallard drake's head smooth off."
The family has not shied away from the fact that they like guns - in the video a close up of their rifles reveals the words "Faith, Family, Ducks." Last year in an interview Men's Journal, Si Robertson said "It ain't gun control we need; it's sin control."
"Self-control," his brother Phil added.
