One of the most fêted couples of the Hollywood family is once again under the constant frowns of media outlets and paparazzi as the duo is now facing grave concerns regarding Tyga's financial counts.

And while the news is rampant, it appears like Tyga's financial woes has made his lady friend super apprehensive. The Lip Kit Queen will soon be visiting the vicinity of courts as she will be interrogated in response to a $200,000 lawsuit filed by Jason Arasheben of Beverley Hills, reports TMZ.

The "Rack City" rapper will soon be examined under oath along with his significant other Kylie Jenner and that too prior to October 6, 2016. As per the speculations, Tyga owes Arasheben $270,000 and is now under question as he is being sued for not paying the bills for his excessive gold chains, reports People.

Arasheben's legal team filed court documents which were accumulated by People that orders Tyga and Kylie Jenner to be available on the prescribed date.

"We will ask him questions related to his finances, such as to his source of income to support his lifestyle as well as to pay for the extravagant gifts he buys Ms. Jenner. He will have to answer under oath and so will Ms Jenner," Danny Abir of Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo tells PEOPLE.

The entire scenario has caused the glam queen to be answerable for all the never-ending gifts she has received on behalf of Tyga.

"Our client, Jason of Beverly Hills, has a judgment against [Tyga]. Until he pays off this judgment, unless he has other means of paying off this obligation and does, his sources of income used to buy these extravagant gifts or to support such a lifestyle should be used to satisfy his obligation. That potentially includes the gifts themselves," Abir tells PEOPLE.

Since the couple has been involved in an on and off relationship, Kylie has owned $320,000 Ferrari as part of her 18th birthday celebration, a $189,000 Maybach for her 19th birthday soirée and recently an enormous diamond ring given to her by Tyga as a 'promise band', reports People.

Previously, the rapper was also seen entangled in another case of legal battle, reports TMZ, which resulted in an arrest warrant being issued. Tyga and his landlord were able to reach into an amicable state in $480,285 eviction case as Tyga brought in the case of settlement money. The incident took place when Tyga and Kylie were out on vacation in Turks and Caicos in order to celebrate her 19th birthday.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians prodigy is currently slated to be interrogated on Sept. 29.
