Jenna Coleman is reportedly secretly dating Tom Hughes, but it was Prince Harry who played an important role in the alleged relationship.

The "Victoria" casts, who portrayed Prince Albert and Queen Victoria, were rumored to be seeing each other for months now. The romance sparked right after Coleman was linked to Prince Harry the previous year.

A source informed Daily Mail that the two have been dating for months now and their relationship is actually an on-and-off since last summer. The report also added that Jenna opted to be with Tom even if the bachelor prince was so keen on her.

Reports also suggested that the chemistry that exists between the two is so real considering that they are dating in real life. The scenes that appear so very tangible only showed that Coleman and Hughes are so hooked on one another.

It has been reported that Prince Harry unwittingly played matchmaker as his interest in Jenna made Tom asked his co-star out.

The source also shared, "Ironically Harry is largely responsible for them getting together. Jenna caught Harry's eye at the polo last year. They flirted and spent the evening together and Harry took her number and they saw each other a couple of times."

Tom was also on the scene and it was evident that he was not pleased about the prince making a move on Jenna. After that incident, they got together shortly.

Jenna was linked to Harry after the two were seen together in June 2015 and they were spotted flirting at a polo party at Coworth Park, Ascot.

Nonetheless, the rumor linking the prince to the actress was turned down by Kensington Palace

According to International Business Times UK, Tom dumped his girlfriend to be with Jenna and in turn, Jenna chose to be with Tom over Prince Harry after reports of the prince interest on her. What started as a mere speculation turned into a very serious affair.

Well, with those turn of events that led to Jenna Coleman and Tom Hughes romantic affair, it could be inferred that Prince Harry could unconsciously make a good matchmaker after all.
