New York Giants rookie Cooper Taylor is renting out his Rutherford, N.J. apartment for Super Bowl week. Taylor told the New York Post that he was disappointed the Big Blue won't be playing in the game this year but decided to use his free time to take a little vacation with his girlfriend, Susan Carlson.

Taylor and Carlson posted a Craigslist ad asking the potential renter for $9,000 to live in the house for an entire week. The 1,000 square-foot apartment includes two bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and fully furnished. The luxury apartment is also less than a mile from Met Life Stadium, where the Super Bowl takes place.

"I will supply linens, TV, cable, Internet, pots and pans and it will be ready to use and move-in for the week," Taylor wrote. "We are big fans of a local team here and unfortunately will not be attending this year."

"We thought it would be the best time to get out of the city and go on vacation because that week will be a madhouse," he told the New York Post. "I am definitely disappointed that we're not playing in it. It would make it a lot more fun."

Carlson, a broker for Kleier Residential, told the New York Post that the two might travel to Texas that week to watch the game with family or might stick around Manhattan and watch it with Giants teammates.

Carlson and Taylor met while in college at and have been dating for four years. When Taylor's NFL career took off the two packed their bags and relocated to New Jersey.

"We rented it with furniture included because, with such a volatile lifestyle, we didn't want to have to worry about transporting furniture in case we had to move cross-country," she said.
