HTC One has been finally launched in the U.S. Friday and can be purchased through AT&T and Sprint.
After a long wait, HTC One has finally been launched in the U.S. April 19 but can only be purchased through two carriers - AT&T and Sprint. Though T-Mobile had announced that it will also be launching the Taiwanese company's flagship Smartphone device, the launch has been delayed and postponed to April 24. Unfortunately, customers who had pre-ordered the unlocked HTC One Developer Edition for $649 received an email saying their shipment has been delayed.
Apart from these carriers, the phone is also available for purchase at Best Buy, Radio Shack, Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, Car Toys, Sam's Club, HSN.com and HTC.com.
Listed below are details of price:
AT&T: Online and in retail with 32GB of memory for $199.99, or online with 64GB of memory for $299.99 with a two-year contract.
Sprint: Online and in retail with 32GB of memory for $199.99 with a two-year contract.
T-Mobile: sign up for one of the carrier's new "uncarrier plans" and pay just $100 for the phone. Subsequently every month you pay $20 for the next one year to cover the full cost of the phone.
As for the developer edition handset, customers were told to expect their phone by April 19. Instead of receiving the phone people who ordered, got an email from HTC saying the units were delayed and should be in hand by the end of the month.
