Chris Brown is headed back to rehab this time on a judge's order. The 24-year-old singer appeared in court on Wednesday, Nov. 20 and was ordered to complete a 90-day program at a residential rehab facility for anger management, the New York Daily News reports.

Brown, who is currently on probation for the 2009 domestic violence incident involving then-girlfriend Rihanna, voluntarily checked into a Malibu facility on Oct. 29 but bailed after 16 days. The singer and his bodyguard were arrested in October after allegedly getting into a fight outside the W Hotel in Washington D.C. where a man accused the singer of beating him up.

At first it was reported that Brown voluntarily left the facility but it was later revealed that he was kicked out for a violent outburst. According to TMZ, Brown's mom Joyce Hawkins, showed up to the facility for a family session and was trying to convince Brown to stay in rehab longer. Apparently, he didn't like the idea and "in a fit of anger threw a rock through her car window."

According to the Daily News, a letter from the treatment facility claims that he wanted to leave because of "limited phone access."

"Mr. Brown proceeded to walk outside and pick up a rock and threw it through his mother's car window and shattered it," a letter said. "We discharged him from residential treatment and told him he could leave immediately as he had signed a non-violent contract when he enrolled."

While in court Judge James Brandlin ordered Brown to enroll in another anger management program and to submit to random drug testing. The judge also told him he has to stay in the Los Angeles County area, to complete 24 hours per week of community service and to take any medications his doctors prescribe to him.

Brown is due back in court on Dec. 16. His mother showed her support to Brown by tweeting "My Angel with broken wings God love you so much and I do as well."
