According to a new report, Chris Brown didn't voluntarily leave rehab but was kicked out because of a violent outburst. Sources told TMZ that Brown went into a "violent rage" while in rehab where he was seeking help for his anger issues.

According to the site the singer was "throwing objects and breaking them" and the facility wanted Brown to leave immediately. The D.A is said to be using this information - among other things - against the singer when they head back to court in hopes of proving that he belongs in jail.

On Nov. 14 the "Love More" singer checked out of rehab after being in the program for only 16 days. He reportedly was photographed celebrating his release by going to a club with his girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

It was originally reported by TMZ that he was going to stay in the Malibu facility for three months so they could "take him apart and put him back together." Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos said the singer needed to leave the facility because he had to start the community service he was assigned following the 2009 domestic violence incident with Rihanna.

"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area," his rep told E! News in a statement. "He appreciates all of your encouragement and support... His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."

Brown checked into rehab after an Oct. 27 arrest for getting into a fight outside a Washington D.C. hotel. A 20-year-old man accused the singer and his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, for beating him up.

According to the man's police report, he photobombed a picture Brown was taking with a female fan when the singer said "I'm not down for that gay s**t" and "I feel like boxing" before punching him in the face and allegedly breaking his nose. The man also claims Hollosy punched him before rushing Brown onto his tour bus.

"He's a good kid, but he keeps messing up," a source told E! before Brown entered rehab. "He needs help. He keeps self-medicating with weed and alcohol and that's when he always gets in trouble."
