Zayn Malik has finally released his highly anticipated first solo single, and the artsy music video to go along with it is just as headline-worthy because it stars his sexy model girlfriend Gigi Hadid.

The 23-year-old singer announced the name of his first solo single, "Pillowtalk," earlier this week with a shirtless photo and hinted that the track would be all about sex, as HNGN previously reported. Now that we've heard the racy lyrics and seen the steamy video, it's clear that he wasn't lying when he said that his music would go in a totally different direction than anything One Direction ever released.

"So who's staying up with me tonight for this single and video?" he tweeted on Thursday.

Malik left the popular boy band almost a year ago, and fans have been dying to hear what he's had up his sleeve, as he's been very candid about his solo career. Now that we've gotten a glimpse of what's in store, we can't wait to see what the rest of the upcoming album be like, and we hope that there's more Hadid where that came from.

He and the 20-year-old model first sparked romance rumors in November, and even though they haven't publicly come out and confirmed that they're dating, their Instagrams pretty much speak for themselves.

While promoting the single, when asked if he was in a relationship, Malik didn't exactly say that they're anything official.

"Yeah, we're good friends," he told Beats 1 on Thursday.

During the same interview, he also announced that his debut solo album "Mine of Mine" is mostly finished and that it will have about 17 or 18 songs from the 46 he originally wrote.

Rumor has it that the album will be released in Australia on March 25, according to Sanity Online's Twitter account. It is unclear if this is the official U.S. release date as well.
