Just days after releasing information as to how the voice-activation features will work with the Xbox One, Microsoft has released a new video that offers a 9:27 minute demonstration of the SkyDrive. The SkyDrive, for those who don't know, is Microsoft's online storage service, which will be tightly integrated into the entire system.

The video for the demonstration can be found below. SkyDrive's various Xbox One-friendly features are demonstrated by Jeff Jenshaw, Xbox's principle group manager. In order to use the SkyDrive via the Xbox One's Kinect one simply needs to say "Xbox: Go to SkyDrive," aloud and the command will take you from the console's home screen into the SkyDrive menu. Once inside users can navigate to specific collections of photos, videos and other saved files using either gesture controls, voice commands or simply using the Xbox One controller.

One demonstrated feature is the SkyDrive's ability to issue "Snap commands." These allow the user to enhance their photo viewing experience. According to Mashable if, for example, you're watching a slideshow of your photos, you can issue the Snap command to add a music track from Xbox Music to the experience. Users can also use Snap commands to search Bing while viewing videos.

All SkyDrive content is available to be viewed and accessed via the Xbox OneGuide menu. A channel that is exclusive to your photo collection in your SkyDrive can join the variety of live and streaming video content that is already available in the OneGuide menu.

SkyDrive is Microsoft and Xbox's way of throwing its hat into the realm of cloud storage functions. It's worked hard to seamlessly integrate the new storage dynamic for Xbox content.

The new next-generation console is set for a release in the United States on November 22 for $499.
