In "Neighbors," we saw Mac, portrayed by Seth Rogen, and his wife Kelly, played by Rose Byrne, battle it out against Teddy (Zac Efron) and his fraternity next door, but the three are all joining forces and coming together in the sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" to take on Kappa Kappa Nu.

In the first official trailer, you see Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) creating Kappa Kappa Nu as a way to party without involving frats, and once again, Mac and Kelly are parents stuck next door dealing with all the noise, wanting to take them down. So, who better to call in for help than their good old shirtless friend Teddy?

Returning cast members include Ike Barinholtz as Jimmy, Dave Franco as Pete and Carla Gallo as Paula, according to E! News. Lisa Kudrow will also return as Dean Carol Gladstone. Newcomers include Kiersey Clemons as Beth, and Selena Gomez as Madison. TruTV's Billy Eichner and Vine star Cameron Dallas will also appear in the film in unspecified roles.

While the two thought they met their match with Efron's frat in the first film, it turns out Moretz's sorority ends up being pretty terrifying as well.

"They always say boys are scarier than girls," Moretz told Entertainment Tonight. "But when you see what we're doing right now, you realize very quickly that having a herd of women chasing Seth Rogen down a tailgate is much scarier."

"With the sorority girls, it's like a glimpse into their daughter's future," Byrne told Entertainment Weekly. "And it terrifies them."

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" hits theaters May 20.
