Charlie Sheen has been denied by the health services of seeing his children-- twin sons Bob and Max.
After calling it quits with actress Denise Richards, The Two and a Half Men actor started a relationship and soon married socialite Brooke Mueller with whom he had twin boys.
However, a series of unfortunate events happened and prompted the couple’s separation.
According to People, Sheen reportedly attacked Mueller in their rented house in Colorado in which he was arrested. Many charges came after that which placed him on 36 hours of anger management, 30 days drug rehabilitation, and 30 days of probation.
In November 2010, Sheen filed a divorce and was granted. The twins stayed with him.
Not long after, Mueller filed for a restraining order against him stating that he is mentally-incapable. She is very worried about her boys. As soon as her petition was approved, the boys were then removed from their father’s home and lived with their mom.
In May 2013, Mueller who is repeatedly submitting herself to rehabilitation, was placed on an involuntary psychiatric admission at UCLA Medical Center then was later admitted to The Betty Ford Clinic for her drug addiction rehabilitation.
With no parents available to look after them, the twins were then placed on the temporary custody of Sheen’s ex-wife and Mueller’s very good friend Denise Richards.
Last Friday, the 48-year old Sheen bashed his ex-wife Brooke Mueller on Twitter on Friday saying; Mueller is “evil and pathetic uber loser,” and describing DCFS as being “inept.”
The description pissed the L.A. Country DFCS off and has then decided to forbid Sheen from seeing his twins.
The DCFS allegedly informed the 42-year old Richards that she was cannot take Bob and Max to their father’s house for a visit.
An insider told TMZ.com that authorities from DFCS told Richards that they “were annoyed with Charlie after he claimed his sons were in danger and were not being protected by the department.”
