Taylor Rayburn, a six-year-old girl suffering from cancer, was in for a surprise when her mom, Allison Rayburn, got her tickets to watch her idol Taylor Swift perform at her concert in Atlanta on Saturday.

Taylor, suffering from a rare form of kidney cancer, was noticed by Taylor Swift's mother Andrea Swift, who not only invited the little girl to sit with her, but also to meet the "Shake It Off" singer after the concert, according to Gossip Cop.

Earlier this year, Taylor was diagnosed with a Stage 3 Wilms' tumor that required her to undergo surgery and spend her sixth birthday in an Alabama hospital.

In a Facebook post, Allison shared a picture of Taylor getting a hug backstage from Taylor Swift and explained that the concert was a belated birthday surprise for the young girl, according to The Huffington Post.

"We surprised Taylor this weekend and took her to see her favorite artist and very first concert ever!" the post read. "She wasn't able to celebrate on her real birthday so we thought we would surprise her and take her ... no idea her dream of meeting her would come true!

"Taylors sweet mom was in the audience and took us back stage to meet her. So thank you Mrs. Andrea and Taylor Swift for making my child's year! She needed this! Taylor and her entourage were the sweetest and most humble people. She is just like you see on tv...I think we were all star struck!" Allison wrote. "This is a night she will always remember!! She left saying, "I can't tell if this is a dream or for real!" So amazing!"

Alison also shared a picture of her cancer-stricken daughter with Andrea Swift captioned: "Taylor Swifts mom and Taylor jamming out in the audience!!:) Precious!!!"

Earlier this year, Swift announced that her mother, Andrea Swift, is also battling cancer and has made several efforts to help families affected by the life-threatening disease. She recently performed a new song "Ronan" at a concert as a tribute to a 3-year-old cancer victim, as HNGN previously reported.

A few weeks ago, Swift donated $50,000 to her back-up dancer's infant nephew, who was recently diagnosed with cancer, and made a similar donation in July to an 11-year-old girl who had to miss Swift's concert due to cancer treatments.
