Lindsay Lohan has only been out of rehab for three months but is reportedly thinking about opening up her own treatment facility. According to Radar Online, the 27-year-old actress wants to open a rehab center named after her.

A source said that she is so serious about it that she has approached potential investors and wants to open the facility in New York City.

"Lindsay really wants to help other people and she's talked to some of her wealthy friends who are sober about the prospect of opening up a rehab center," the source said. "She loves the idea and really believes that if her name is attached to it, it will help draw attention to sobriety."

Lohan was released from a court-ordered 90-day program in July. She has been in rehab six different times and is reportedly telling her friends that because of her numerous attempts seeking treatment she knows what will work.

"Lindsay is telling friends that she knows what works and doesn't work when it comes to treatment," the source said. "She feels that she's in the right frame of mind to give advice to other young people who have their own problems. It may never happen... but she is totally behind the idea and wants to give back after all that she has been through."

Since leaving rehab the "Mean Girls" actress has gave up partying and is always potted with her sobriety coach. The coach was hired to help Lohan stay on track and make a smooth transition after moving back to New York City.

"You need to use your sober coach to bring treatment home, to the set, to the attorney's office when you're negotiating your next movie. Without bringing a sober coach to those places, she is likely to relapse," Doug Caine, who runs Sober Champion, told People magazine.

Caine said even though the main job duty of a sober coach is to keep a close eye on Lohan he will also have to be a live-in therapist who will supplement the counseling Lohan received during rehab.
