The Presidents Cup continues on Friday. Phil Mickelson and Keegan Bradley begin at 1:10 p.m. ET, with Tiger Woods and Matt Kuchar teeing off at 1:54 p.m. ET. Watch the live stream HERE.
The Americans survived a near comeback on Thursday from the International team. Woods and Kuchar played well together and helped USA to a one point lead over the International team. The Woods-Kuchar pairing looks promising - they never trailed in their match against Angel Cabrera and Marc Leishman, USA Today Sports reports.
"We hammered and egged it pretty good," Woods said, via USA Today Sports. "Kuch and I made a bunch of putts on the front nine, and on the back nine, it was him or me on each hole. We did pretty well. ...
"We've been good friends for a long time. We went out there, had a great time and put it on them. Kuch was solid all day. When he made a mistake, I was there; and when I made a few mistakes, he was there, and we were just never really out of a hole."
The Presidents Cup runs through Sunday, Oct. 6.
