A suburban intersection. A camera lens. And a spilt drink. That's about all that's revealed in the first teaser for "Marvel's Jessica Jones."

The first look at the new Netflix series features no actual footage from the show or its stars Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage) or David Tennant (Zebediah Kilgrave), but it does offer up a couple clues about the Marvel street hero.

The first image of street signs hints at Jones' neighborhood where she lives and a door that reads Alias Investigation is her workplace. The teaser also revealed the show's premiere date to be Nov. 20.

"Jessica Jones" is the second of four planned shows between Marvel and Netflix, following the hit "Daredevil." It's one of the MCU's first female-led projects and perhaps its darkest story to date, being called a psychological thriller by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg.

The show follows Jones as she transitions out of her short-lived stint as a superhero. She's rebuilding her personal life and career as a "hot-tempered, sardonic, bada** private detective in Hell's Kitchen" while plagued by self-loathing and a "wicked case of PTSD," according to the show's synopsis.

Every episode of "Marvel's Jessica Jones" first season will be available for streaming on Nov. 20 on Netflix.
