Chad Johnson, formerly known as Chad Ochocinco is suing two websites for posting sex tapes that were allegedly stolen from his phone amid rumors of him and ex-wife Evelyn Lozada heading for reconciliation.
Former NFL star Johnson is suing websites WorldStarHipHop.com and Media Takeout for posting a sex tape that was taken three years ago in a Florida hotel room with permission from the star. The video allegedly was stolen from Johnson's mobile phone. While Johnson's lawyers managed to get the websites to immediately take down the video, they are seeking unspecified financial damages, TMZ reported.
According to the report, the video showed the sportsman having sex with two women in a hotel room in Florida. Johnson admitted that it was him in the video and insists that the video was stolen.
Meanwhile rumors have surfaced that the former wide receiver and his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada are looking to get back together after the two were spotted leaving a restaurant hand in hand.
Johnson and Lozada were married for 41 days after which Lozada filed for divorce stating that Johnson allegedly headbutted her while the two were arguing. The argument started when Lozada found a condom receipt in Johnson's car trunk.
Lozada, however, has said that talks of reconciliation are untrue and while the two remain good friends they are still not getting back together.
"While at the dinner, several photos popped up on the Internet of Chad and I holding hands, while in the process of blessing the food," Lozada said on her blog about her holding hands with Johnson. "The blogs made last night seem as though, we walked hand and hand into the restaurant announcing a reunion, which wasn't the case.
"I care for Chad, we are friends and we love one another, however, we are still separated, not living under the same roof and working on ourselves because we have a long way to go," she said. "This is a normal and realistic process for anyone and I don't know what the future holds for me, but I know God holds it and I'm taking things one day at a time."
