Paris Hilton graces the cover of the latest issue of New You and, in the magazine, she decided to open up about her thoughts on plastic surgery, shutting down all the rumors that say she's had any.

The 34-year-old socialite and former reality star is known for her bubbly personality and successful businesses, and although she's been in the spotlight for most of her life, she still has some "lesser-known secrets," according to People.

"I've never done any [plastic surgery] in my life," she told New You. "People love making things up, but I am very lucky that I listened to my mom through my young age."

Her mother always told her "to stay away from the sun," and she's happy she never joined all her friends who would be "frying in the sun every day" because now, she admits, she does look younger than them, and she's never needed Botox like they have.

"I even asked my dermatologist if I should do [plastic surgery], and he's like, 'I refuse to do it to you... your skin is so perfect. I will not do it to you until you need it, and I don't know if you ever will,'" Hilton continued. "I am happy with that. I have nothing against it; all my friends have done everything — boobs, nose, chin, cheeks. I live in Hollywood, so I'm used to seeing it. It's just that I've never wanted to do it."

Hilton took to Instagram earlier today to post her glamorous cover shot. "I got real with @NewYouMedia," she wrote. "Check out my Interview & hot pics in their Fall Issue."

"We heart our cover girl! #TheRealParis #ParisNewYou," the magazine wrote on its Facebook page, along with a video of some behind-the-scenes shots from the photo shoot. Watch below!
