Teresa and Joe Giudice had an altercation with the cops at a New Jersey beach over the weekend. According to TMZ, the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars clashed with police after they refused to pay the five dollar entrance fee at Ship Bottom beach in Long Beach.

The couple, who are currently facing legal problems, was reportedly approached by a teenage beach worker who asked the family if they had beach badges. A source told the celebrity website that the family got nasty with the girl and made her cry.

"F**k you, f**k this we are not paying for the f**king beach. This is a joke!" one family member reportedly told the teen.

That's when beach police officers got involved but the family still refused to pay. After going back and forth with the officers, the family - who had about 30 people with them - eventually coughed up the money.

The Giudice's have been making headlines recently over their financial mess. Last month the couple was charged with "a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud," the Daily Mail reports.

There have also been other claims that they lied about their income when applying for loans and submitted fake mortgage and loan information as well as lied on tax returns and W2 forms. If convicted the Giudice's could face up to 50 years in prison and millions of dollars in fines.

According to the Daily Mail, in 2009 the couple filed for bankruptcy claiming that they owed $11 million, including $2.2 million in mortgages, $13,000 to Niemen Marcus and Nordstrom and almost $12,000 to a fertility clinic.

Because of all the negative attention surrounding the main stars of the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" show, bosses are toying with the idea of cancelling the show.

"Nobody wants to see their talent in this kind of a situation," an executive told the Daily News.
