Shia Labeouf's "Man Down" managed to earn just £7 or $8.70 in the UK. That means only one person when to see the movie in the theater.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Shia Lebouf's war thriller was premiered in a single UK theater. As per ComScore, only one ticket was sold.

"Poor Shia Lebouf," EW quoted Paul Dergarabedian, the senior media analyst at ComScore. "That opening could be in the Guinness World Records or something."

The film hit only one theater, Reel Cinema in Burnley. According to Digital Spy, Shia Lebouf's movie will be at the theatre for one more day, being shown only at 12.20pm on Thursday, April, before being taken down.

"Man Down" was released digitally on demand following its theatrical opening. The Shia Lebouf movie will also launch on DVD and Blu-ray next month.

The movie stars Shia LaBeouf, Kate Mara, Gary Oldman, Jai Courtney, Clifton Collins, Jr. and Charlie Shotwell. The film was directed by Dito Montiel and written by Adam G. Simon.

It had its world premiere in the Horizon section at 72nd Venice International Film Festival on September 6, 2016, to negative reviews. Shia Lebouf war thriller was released on December 2, 2016, by Lionsgate Premiere and earned about $450, 000 in the US.

After the initial success of blockbusters such as "Transformers", Shia LaBeouf has been donning the headlines for his personal controversies.  His numerous alcohol-related arrests and his recent participation in an art installation protesting Donald Trump's presidency has been the only news about him in recent times. The actor, however, has dealt with his alcohol addiction and has been sober for quite some time now.
