The Cleveland Browns have started rounding out their coaching staff under newly acquired head coach Hue Jackson, but the organization still has plenty of moves to make this offseason, as they finished the 2015 season tied for the worst record in the NFL at 3-13. Reports had already surfaced that quarterback Johnny Manziel's time in Cleveland is over, but now Browns fans can know why their team will look to get rid of their 2014 first round draft pick.

Jackson has been known to put a significant demand on his starting quarterback wherever he has coached in his career, and there is a doubt within the Browns' organization that Manziel will be able handle that workload, according to NFL reporter Albert Breer. Jackson wants the Browns' future franchise quarterback to be an example as one of the players that is first in the locker room and last to leave, and a guy who is willing to take the extra time to get his team prepared prior to every week's matchup.

Manziel clearly showed improvement on the field this season with 1,500 passing yards and seven touchdowns to five interceptions, but he has yet to prove that he is responsible enough to lead an NFL franchise. The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly still interested in the Browns quarterback, and it will be interesting to see how the Browns plan to deal the former Heisman Trophy winner this offseason.

The Browns have the second pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, and many expect California quarterback Jared Goff to be the Browns' top selection. Goff is a tremendous talent and is considered the top prospect at his position by most draft analysts. The Browns front office will likely make sure to select a quarterback that fits well with Jackson, and Goff could be that potential fit that Cleveland fans have been waiting for.
