While the investigation for Jim Carrey's ex-girlfriend Cathriona White's suicide continues, some shocking news about the pills she overdosed on has been revealed.

There were three pill bottles next to White when she was found dead in her Los Angeles apartment last week, and none of them were prescribed to her. The three prescriptions, which were for the sleeping pill Ambien, the painkiller Percocet and a blood pressure/heart medication Propranolol, were all prescribed to a fake male name, which law enforcements have found out is Carrey's alias, according to TMZ. They were all prescribed by the same doctor, and it has been confirmed that they were written for Carrey himself, just under this alias. Many celebrities use an alias when receiving prescriptions for privacy reasons.

It is unclear if Carrey was aware that White had these pills in her possession, as a source believes that she could have taken them from his home without him knowing. It is also unclear exactly which drugs killed her as they are still waiting for the toxicology report results.

When White's body was found, there was a suicide note next to her addressing Carrey and their most recent breakup on Sept. 24, which was just five days before her death. As it turns out, five people, who White had called to tell that she was distraught over the unexpected breakup, discovered her body.

All of White's loved ones, including her family, friends and Carrey himself, have released emotional statements on their loss. All of them seem shocked that such a tragic thing could have happened and are completely devastated over the loss of such a sweet, kind and loving person who showed no signs of depression.

Carrey has not yet commented on this new prescription discovery.
