It has long been rumored that Ben Affleck's Batman would make a cameo appearance in "Suicide Squad" and that Jared Leto's Joker would do the same in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." But now it appears as if Affleck's role as Batman may be bigger than we initially thought.

Latino Review is reporting that Batman will be involved in an extended action sequence in "Suicide Squad."

"However, not it looks like he won't just be showing up for some tiny cameo or bit of fan service. Last night it came to light that the Batmobile was spotted on set. As was Jared Leto's Joker, racing around in his sick car. So a sequence that contains some sort of action-packed confrontation between the two now seems to be in the cards for Suicide Squad."

The site includes several Instagram photos and videos from the set that show both the Batmobile and the Joker's alleged wheels in action. This further supports the inter-connectivity of the emerging DC Cinematic Universe.
