Brandi Glanville Claims Her Kids Are Not Safe With LeAnn Rimes

Brandi Glanville is concerned of her kid's safety when they are around country singer LeAnn Rimes considering her past in rehab and a video showing Glanville's son, Jake, riding a bike on a busy road.

Glanville claims that her 9-year-old son, Mason, fell extremely ill after eating Rimes' laxatives which she carries at all times due to her eating disorder.

Glanville feels her children are unsafe if left with Rimes alone. In a recent interview with Us Weekly, Glanville explained why she had to go public and revealed the two incidents her kids got into when around Rimes.

"LeAnn has a severe eating disorder. She has [a laxative] in every purse," she said. "Mason found one on the floor and thought it was a Skittle! They don't keep sugar in the house. He thought he finally found candy! He gets extremely sick, and that freaks me the f--k out."

The second incident involved her 5-year-old son, Jake. In a video uploaded by Rimes, Glanville saw her son ridding his bike on "Roundmeadow Road -- a very busy road where drunk drivers have crashed into their house."

"He doesn't have a helmet on and he's driving without his training wheels, which he doesn't even do at my house," she said. "He still wears them at my house, and he's alone with her. She's behind him and I know that he's having fun. I'm sure it was great and I know that he loves her, but they don't realize that they're in danger. They don't. And no one's getting back to me about anything that's going on. So I'm forced to take it to the public on Twitter."

Glanville said she hasn't gotten an explanation from her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian or from Rimes. She claims going public on Twitter was the only way to get answers.

The tactic seemed to work, Cibrian has recently defended Rimes in an interview with RadarOnline.com:

"It is absolutely ridiculous that my ex-wife continues to put the personal lives of myself, LeAnn, our sons and my family on public display for the sake of her notoriety," he told RadarOnline.com. "She is fully capable and has the means of contacting myself and LeAnn privately to discuss any matter concerning the children. My wife, LeAnn, continues to be a loving and positive influence on the lives of my sons. They are without a doubt lucky to have her. The love they have for their 'bonus mom' continues to grow each day as we navigate the changes to our family; a fact that Brandi cannot argue as she herself has stated as much. If my ex-wife truly cared about the welfare of our sons, she would stop the constant bashing on an important person in their lives and focus on productive co-parenting to make our blended family the strongest it can be. And she would do so privately. Let's see. . ."
