Pop-singer Ke$sha said her perceived party-girl image could be disappointing according to Us Weekly.
"People do expect me to be drunk most hours of every day," Ke$sha told ET News. "Everybody just always thinks I'm drunk! Cause I just act kind of drunk in general. Not to disappoint you, but I'm not wasted right now,"
Ke$ha hoped to reveal her true self and give fans insights into how her life really is on "Ke$sha: My Crazy Beautiful Life," a reality show featured on MTV. The singer admitted she was skeptical about what to release to the world in an interview with Us Weekly but felt the rawness of the material was needed to convey the message of self-love.
"There's not once moment on the show that's been scripted or fake. It's my life. It's balls out," she said. "There are things int he show that I'm just like, a little beside myself at the fact that I'm going to show the world. I'm showing it all. Like when I look terrible and when I'm having real deal breakdown, but, it's all kid of to support my message, which is to be yourself and love yourself, perfect or not.
"It's not just drama. There's also moment where we start a food fight with cauliflower and I accidentally hit a stranger in the eyeball. I wanted people to see all side of my personality," she said.
Ke$ha is not the first and sure won't be the last, entertainer to turn to docu-series to reveal their true personalities and behind the scenes footage of their careers. Other who have shared the experience is Nicky Minaj, Beyonce, and T.I.
