Jessa Duggar, 21, waited until she was married before she had her first kiss, but the reality star was very eager to share the intimate moment on Instagram. The star of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting" posted a steamy black-and-white photo of her locking lips with new husband Ben Seewald.

"It's great living life with you best friend! @ben_seewald," the newlywed captioned the photo.

The Duggar family follows a strict Christian religion and often waits until they are at the altar before sharing a kiss with their significant other. Duggar and Seewald decided to break tradition and have their first kiss in private.

The young couple tied the knot over the weekend at First Baptist Church in Bentonville, Ark. in front of an audience of more than 1,000 family and friends. Duggar walked down the aisle in a peach colored Allure gown while Seewald opted for a blue suit and coral tie with a grey shirt.

According to People magazine, the reality star wanted a very simple wedding and decided to skip a traditional cake, instead handing out ice cream sundaes to guests. The ceremony was also serenaded by Seewald's aunt, Rebecca Seewald, who performed the song "Love Never Fails."

After the song, the couple poured sand into a glass to signify their unity, People reports.

"Jessa asked me to sing this song and she rewrote some of the worlds," Rebecca told People. "I am thrilled to have such a wonderful family come into Ben's life."

Seewald popped the question to Duggar in August after an 11-month courtship. Her older sister, Jill Duggar, married Derick Dillard in June and has already announced that she's pregnant with her first child. The couple is expecting a baby boy due in March.

"Ben is a peacemaker and a gentle, kind man," mom Michelle Duggar previously told People. "I am grateful for the way the Lord brings two people together. We love Jessa so much and are so happy for her."
