Taylor Swift is aggravating her neighbors with her excessive security according to Radar Online. The 23-year-old singer recently purchased a $17 million beach-front mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island but her neighbors are not too thrilled about sharing their summer with the star..
"Her property line is at the path to the public beach and she always has guards patrolling the area. It's making such a hassle. If she wanted privacy, she shouldn't have bought a house overlooking a public beach," a source said to Radar Online. Other neghbors took to Twitter to vent about Swift's celebrity preventing locals from enjoying the beach and being a diva:
According to Radar Online, Swift's increase of security and her refusal to let anyone get too close to her million-dollar mansion stems from an eager fan who allegedly was found trespassing on the million-dollar property in the wee hours of the morning early May. Swift was not home at the time and authorities were able to apprehend the suspect.
Swift's girl next door attitudeis thought to be one of the many reasons for her successful career. Her innocence has been questioned after multiple failed relationships and her distaste for her friend Selena Gomez's on-again-off-again romance with Justin Bieber. The singer was seen sticking her tounge out as Gomez and Bieber hugged backstage at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
