After Thursday night's huge fiasco that led to her arrest, Amanda Bynes' neighbors are speaking out about the actress' erratic behavior over the last few months.
According to People, one resident explained, "she just stares at people. Her eyes look really messed up. It's very clear [to me that] she's not just smoking pot."
The actress was arrested for smoking marijuana in her apartment and proceeding to throw her bong out of her 36th floor apartment building Thursday night. She was taken to Roosevelt hospital for a psychiatric evaluation before meeting a judge the next morning. The actress was released with no bail and is expected back in court in July. TMZ posted a video of the 27-year old in court who was sporting a platinum blonde wig.
A source explained to the publication that, "when you see her, you're nervous to even be in the elevator with her."
"Sometimes she's really dressed up, studded Louboutins and white jeans but with tanning lotion all over her and carrying her big gold bag. Other times she is so insanely disheveled in Adidas flip-flops and sweats with her hair all messed up," the source said. "It's clear from very far away, just by looking at her and the way she acts, that she has issues."
Following the arrest, Bynes returned to her twitter to announce that she was not smoking marijuana to her followers. The tweet read, "I only smoke tobacco I don't drink or do drugs. I've never had a bong in my life! I need to get another nose job after seeing my mugshot!"
Bynes' has used social media platform to post nude pictures of herself and has gotten into fights with others, including an argument with Jenny McCarthy. The tweets have since then been deleted.
