Steve Nash Ex-Wife: Did The Athlete Ban Family From Moving To LA To Avoid Paying Child Support?

Steve Nash has reportedly banned his ex-wife Alejandra from moving from Phoenix to Los Angeles so that he wouldn't have to pay child support according to TMZ.

Alejandra and the Los Angeles Lakers point guard have been going through child support disputes for quite some time now and Nash is reportedly over it.

As previously reported, Nash feels he has financially given enough to Alejandra to take care of their three children and fear the support is being used inappropriately. The pro-baller said Alejandra is an "excessive spender" and he fear she will spoil the kids.

Alejandra said Nash blames his unstable career as the reason why he feels she shouldn't move to Los Angeles because he can be traded at the drop of a hat or forced to retire. The athlete will then be forced to move again. Nash values the relationship with his children and wishes to keep them close but does not want them to suffer due to his career choices.

Well, Alejandra is pulling his card and saying that he got so use to his current child support order that he would rather be a distant father than have his children move closer to him.

According to TMZ, Alejandra said the real season he wants her and the children to remain in Phoenix is because "California courts are likely to impose huge child support obligations against him."

Nash's alleged ban was supported by a judge who granted the athlete a restraining order against his ex-wife prohibiting her from making the move. No final judgements has been made. The parents are expected in court next week.
