Jay-Z Talks Beyonce Pregnancy Rumors

Jay-Z clarified Beyonce pregnancy rumors in an email to New York City's Hot 97, MTV reports. Despite media reports bankng on alleged trusted sources, the music mogul's wife is not expecting their second child, Jay-Z confirmed.

The message to the station's Program Director Ebro Darden confirmed that Blue Ivy will not be a big sister just yet. Darden reported the pregnancy news as untrue Monday morning.

Beyonce has admitted to wanting more children in recent in interviews. The alleged and inaccurate confirmation the singer was pregnant with her second child came from an E! News report saying a confidential source confirmed the pregnancy.

Fan pictures implied a baby bump at former performances. The need for Beyonce to cancel a Belgium show due to exhaustion also fueled the rumor mill even more. MTV released a handwritten apology note from Beyonce to fans about canceling her concert, in which she makes no mention of pregnancy.

Beyonce ultimately posted an Instagram message, according to The Daily Mail, regarding her frustration with the false rumors. "I laugh at these low-life people," she posted. The message was then removed.

Beyonce performed Saturday night in Milan and will wrap up her current world tour June 28. Jay-Z will throw his now annual Made In America Festival at the end of this summer in Philadelphia. In the meantime, the busy power couple is not announcing any revelations on a potentially expanding family.
