Burger King Customer Threatens To 'Shoot Everyone' Over Stale Cinnabon

A South Carolina woman was arrested after she threatened to "shoot everyone" at a fast foot restaurant over a stale Cinnabon, WYFF-TV reported.

Andrea Ann McCullough, 33, was at a Burger King in Mount Pleasant on May 13 when she began yelling at an employee because the Cinnabon roll she ordered was not fresh. The argument escalated and McCullough left the restaurant, only to return moments later threatening to open fire.

Police arrested the Kingstree woman on Wednesday and charged her with second-degree assault and battery, WYFF-TV reported.

Witnesses say McCullough was one of three customers who were ordering food at the restaurant. One employee told McCullough there was only one Cinnabon left after McCullough began yelling about the stale one she was served.

The Burger King manager came and sent the employee to the back of the restaurant. McCullough and the other customers left but she returned minutes later threatening to "shoot everyone."

"I'm going to shoot down the place," McCullough said according to witnesses, The Smoking Gun reported. The woman made the threat while she "had her hand inside a black purse."

Another woman came in and dragged McCullough back out of the restaurant after employees warned they would call the police, witnesses said. The woman fled the scene in a Dodge Charger, according to The Smoking Gun.

It is not clear if McCullough had a gun at the time of the incident.

Burger King describes Cinnabons as "warm dough filled with Makara Cinnamon, topped with rich cream cheese frosting" and are "baked fresh daily," according to The Smokng Gun.

Police were able to arrest McCullough thanks to witnesses that were able to provide the woman's license plate number.

McCullough was charged and released Wednesday on $10,000 bail. She faces up to three years in prison if she is found guilty, according to The Smoking Gun.
