Man Dressed As Woman To Stalk And Murder Drug-Dealing Rival

A convicted New York drug dealer admitted he disguised himself as a woman to follow and kill a foe, the New York Daily News reported.

Saquan Wallace told a Brooklyn court on Thursday that he dressed up as a woman, makeup and all, to find and kill a man who was selling drugs against an order. His testimony comes on behalf of the federal government, which is currently pursing drug-related charges against rapper Ronald "Ra Diggs" Herron.

Wallace told prosecutors he got the drag idea from Herron, who said he would also dress as a woman to stalk his rivals.

"I put on a wig, lipstick, makeup and I went looking for him," the 6-foot-2 inmate told the court, the Daily News reported.

Wallace is currently serving a 30-year sentence for murder, drug trafficking and racketeering.

Wallace, who ran a drug operation in Brooklyn's Wyckoff Gardens housing project, used the disguise to kill Jabari Foster in 2006. Foster had allegedly disobeyed orders to stop selling drugs in a certain apartment building.

Donning a long shirt that looked like a dress, Wallace went searching inside several buildings to find Foster. He came across an apartment where loud music was being played and guessed his target was inside.

"Someone walked out and I was around the wall waiting," Wallace said according to the newspaper. "When the person came in the open it was him (Foster) and I opened fire on him repeatedly and killed him."

Wallace said he hopes his testimony against Herron will help reduce his sentence, the Daily News reported. Herron is accused of racketeering and murdering three people. The rapper also reportedly ran a drug ring at the nearby Gowanus Houses.

Prosecutors asked Wallace if he thought is female disguise, which he later burned, was good enough.

"It was good enough," Wallace replied.
