The "Fifty Shades of Grey" rumor mill has been pretty quiet lately, but a new story popped up claiming that Jamie Dornan might not return for the sequel - if there is one. According to Breathecast, there are rumors that Dornan might decide not to reprise his role as Christian Grey in a second movie.

We're not sure where the rumor originated, but here's what Breathecast is reporting:

"Recent reports suggest that Dornan, who turned 32 on May 1, may possibly want to move on after portraying the 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey, who enters an intricate relationship with 21-year-old innocent recent college graduate Anastasia Steele, played by Dakota Johnson."

In an interview last month with The Guardian, Dornan said that he wanted to move on from playing roles where he has "to tie women to beds" but his comment may have been taken out of context.

When talking about his acting career and recent jobs, Dornan said, "There are a couple of classic knots I know now and I've put them to good use far too many times recently."

"In fact I'd like to do a job where I don't have to tie women to beds," he added.

Dornan wasn't just talking about his role in "Fifty Shades;" he also plays a serial killer who ties up his victims in the BBC drama "The Fall."

E.L. James has not responded to the rumor on Twitter but we're going to go ahead and say that the actor will definitely be back for a sequel, if there is one. It seems like Yahoo! Movies UK is having a bit of fun with this rumor and created a list of Hollywood stars who could replace Dornan if he does quit.

The list includes names like Christian Bale, Leonardo DiCaprio and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is expected to hit theaters Feb. 13, 2015.
