The Israeli police decided to conduct a serious investigation into the Oct. 7 terrorist attack by the Hamas militant group.

The investigation aims to determine if the suspected sexual violence against women really happened during the deadly attack.

Israel's law enforcement authorities coordinated with the newly formed Civil Commission, which was established eight days after the government officially declared war against the terrorist group.

People look at photos of hostages that were kidnapped and taken to the Gaza Strip after October 7th Hamas' attack on November 7, 2023 in Tel Aviv, Israel. A month after Hamas's Oct. 7 attacks that left an estimated 1,400 dead and over 240 held hostage, Israel has maintained a relentless bombardment of the Gaza.

France 24 reported that the new investigation of the Israeli police aims to find more evidence to prove the sexual violence, such as gang rape, allegedly done by Hamas terrorists.

David Katz, the leader of the Lahav 443 criminal investigation unit, said that the investigation could take six to eight months. Although the inquiry of Israel is not yet finished, law enforcement authorities shared their alarming conclusion.

The Israeli police claimed that the religious and spiritual leaders of the Hamas terrorist group allowed (even endorsed) sexual violence against their victims.

The law enforcement explained that these spiritual leaders consider sexual violence as "permissible" during the war, making the inhumane act widespread and systematic, as reported by Fox News.

David Katz said that the investigation they are doing is the biggest criminal case in Israel's history. He added that they are currently dealing with thousands of murders, as well as other crimes.

"We're still only in the initial phases of this investigation," said the Lahav 443 investigation group.

"At this time, there are no known living victims, and many of the surviving victims still cannot speak about what happened to them," he added.

The Israeli police recently confirmed that they were able to screen one eyewitness of gang rape. She said that she saw this happen at the Nova Music Festival; where over 300 Israelis were murdered.

Officials only identified the witness by the initial "S" to protect her identity. She said that while she was hiding, she saw Hamas terrorists passing around women with long brown hair.

She said that based on what was happening, she already knew that these terrorists were raping the poor lady; S claimed that Hamas members were passing the victim from one person to another.

S further stated that she was still alive and standing on her feet as she witness her getting raped. The most alarming thing that the witness shared is that Hamas terrorists sliced off their victim's breasts and played with them.

The witness further stated that while raping the woman, the Hamas rapist shot her in the head.

"He did not even lift up his pants and shot her in the head," said S.
