After Dylan Mulvaney's controversy, Bud Light decided to release a new commercial. This time, the advertisement is trying to bring back the man-focused vibe that people are looking for. But, is choosing Travis Kelce really the best option for the beer brand?

Anheuser-Busch InBev, the brewer behind Budweiser and Bud Light, said on Thursday that U.S. revenues fell 3.1% in the second quarter. American consumers continue to shift away from domestic lagers and toward craft beers and wine and spirits.

According to The Blaze's latest report, Bud Light decided to partner with NFL player Travis Kelce for its new commercial.

The latest Bud Light advertisement "Backyard Grunts with Travis Kelce" already garnered over 390,000 views in just three days after posting.

However, it looks like the fans are still not buying the new Bud Light ad. In the comment section, some people said that even the paid actors are not drinking the beer.

This is true since the 15-second commercial only showed Travis Kelce and other guys relaxing and grunting while holding or opening their canned Bud Light drinks.

But, Travis is the only one who is not getting a beer. This is because the NFL policy states that players are prohibited from drinking any alcohol in commercials.

Although it seems like Kelce is not the best option for the new man-focused Bud Light commercial, it could still help the beer brand to recover from its controversial ad with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The recent Bud Light Mulvaney controversial commercial took a huge toll on the beer brand's image. Many conservative groups, as well as politicians, criticized the advertisement.

The New York Post reported that Bud Light even lost over $27 billion in market cap in June after the company partnered with the trans influencer.

The move of Bud Light to partner with a male NFL player is a clear sign that the beer company is trying to win back the demographic it lost in the last few months.

But, based on the comment section, Bud Light still has a lot to do to gain back the trust of its consumers.
