Reese Witherspoon Arrest Video Surfaces; Actress Shouts 'You're About To Find Out Who I Am!' (VIDEO)

New footage of Reese Witherspoon's arrest has been released. According to CBS News, Witherspoon was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge on the night of April 19 in Atlanta.

TMZ posted the police dashboard camera video of the 37-year old actress.

In the video, a police officer is in the process of giving a breathlyzer test to Witherspoon's husband when the actress interrupts the pair. The cop repeatedly tells Witherspoon to sit down and be quiet, but the "Legally Blonde" actress continues to speak.

After asking the officer, "Do you know my name sir?", the actress shouted, "You're about to find out who I am!"

Witherspoon insisted that she had done nothing wrong and since she was an American citizen, she had every right to stand on American ground.

In a recent interview with "Good Morning America", Witherspoon sat down with George Stephanopoulos to discuss the events leading to her arrest.

"It's one of those nights," shesaid. "We went out to dinner in Atlanta, had one too many glasses of wine. We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not. And it's just completely unacceptable. And we are so sorry and embarrassed. And we know better."

According to USA Today, Witherspoon admitted to saying a handful of crazy statements.

"I have no idea what I was saying that night," Witherspoon said. "I saw him arresting my husband and I literally panicked. I said all kinds of crazy things. I told him I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant! I said crazy things."

Witherspoon's husband, Jim Toth, tries to keep his inebriated wife calm. In the video, Toth continues to call, "Reese, Reese."

The "Mud" actress has since learned her lesson. "When a police officer tells you to stay in the car, you stay in the car. I think I've played a lawyer so many times in movies, I think I am a lawyer - and clearly I'm not a lawyer. So, I learned a lot," Witherspoon said.
