Anthony Davis said what he thought about Russell Westbrook's move to the LA Clippers in a funny and honest way.

The Los Angeles Clippers acquired Russell Westbrook after he cleared waivers on Wednesday afternoon. In a surprising move on Monday, the Utah Jazz waived the nine-time All-Star. According to the NBA, he was able to go through waivers because no club could afford to pay the remainder of $47 million on his expiring deal.

A UCLA star, Russell Westbrook, was dealt to the Jazz on February 10 in a three-team transaction. The 15-year veteran averages 15.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in 28.7 minutes.

Westbrook is teaming up with Paul George again, who he previously played with in Oklahoma City. George pressed the front office for a point guard.

Russell Westbrook's former Lakers teammate Anthony Davis acknowledges he is still determining the superstar guard's influence on his new squad. When asked about his opinion on Russell Westbrook joining the Clippers, AD responded with a humorous remark: "I'm not part of that team. I have no idea what their locker room is like, what their chemistry is like," Clutch Points reported.

Anthony Davis also said he does not have time to watch Clippers games because of his obligation to his three kids. When asked why he thought Russell Westbrook would sign with the Clippers, he expressed an honest opinion that he's not sure how coach Tyronn Lue will utilize Russell Westbrook, considering that the team "got rid" of terrific point guards like John Wall and Reggie Jackson.

"But I'm pretty sure he's happy to stay in LA," Anthony Davis remarked.

Is Russell Westbrook The Missing Piece?

LA Clippers President of Basketball Operations Lawrence Frank conceded that the Clippers lack a "true" point guard.

During a press conference on February 10, Clippers general manager Lawrence Frank said the team was searching for "someone who can share some of the ballhandling responsibilities but not be so ball-dominant," per CBS Sports.

He acknowledged that it would be a "delicate balance" since the "ball's going to be in Kawhi and PG's hands 60 percent of the time."
