Elon Musk's transgender daughter does not want to carry her famous father's surname. Musk's son, who was born male, has requested that her name be changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson.

Vivian, 18, insists that she does not wish to be linked to Musk "n any manner, shape, or form. Her new surname will be Justine Wilson, a Canadian author who was married to Musk from 2000 until 2008.

Nevada died of sudden infant death syndrome in 2000, as did Vivian and her twin brother, Griffin, as well as triplet sons Kai, Saxon, and Damian. Vivian's name change hearing is planned for Friday. Griffin, Xavier's twin brother, is said to exist. From 2000 until 2008, Elon Musk was married to Canadian novelist Justine Wilson. The court hearing is scheduled for this Friday. Elon Musk was previously chastised on social media for saying that he "supported trans, but all these pronouns are an esthetic nightmare." Musk and his ex-partner Grimes have previously said that they intended to raise their child in a gender-neutral manner, as per WION via MSN.

Xavier Musk's New Name Is Kept in Private

The 18-year-old, whose full new name we are concealing for privacy reasons, wishes to adopt her mother, Justine Musk, Elon's first wife. The petition to have her gender legally recognized as female and her name formally changed on a new birth certificate were filed in April in California Superior Court, and a hearing will be held later this month.

Before the article, The Daily Beast wrote about what Elon Musk said regarding his daughter's petition. He stated, "She does not want to be a public person. I believe it is critical to safeguard her right to privacy. It's not fair to out someone against their will."

The National LGBTQ Task Force's communications director, Cathy Renna, stated that the organization "would never accept or condone the outing of a young kid because they have celebrity parents."

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO, a self-described free speech absolutist, was chastised in 2020 for tweeting that pronouns stink, causing his then-partner, Grimes, to order him to turn off his phone because she cannot tolerate hatred.

Simultaneously, he and singer Grimes, who identifies as gender-neutral, are said to have implemented a gender-neutral parenting style for their two children. Musk and Justine have five children-twins and triplets-and Justine penned a critical piece for Marie Claire about their marriage in 2010.

Justine, a renowned author, raised their children out of the spotlight after their divorce; however, she recently garnered attention for appearing to tweet about the Amber Heard-Johnny Depp defamation lawsuit, in which Elon Musk played a supporting role, according to The Daily Beast.
