The US presidential race was said to be exceptionally close but when the public witnessed the debate Monday night, a report claimed that Hillary Clinton led the latest polls.

This triggered more anticipation for the next debate, scheduled in two weeks time in Missouri.

Republican candidate Donald Trump will again face Democratic bet Hillary Clinton at Washington University in St. Louis on Sunday on Oct. 9, 2016, at 9 PM ET.

The third and the final schedule will be held in Las Vegas later in October.

In the first debate, the Washington Post released a poll regarding the status of the two candidates in terms of their arguments and manner.

The voters split, 46 percent for Clinton while 44 percent for Trump. But referring to the registered voters, both Clinton and Trump tied at 41 percent.

The next presidential debate will be patterned after a town-hall style event. The moderators will be Anderson Cooper of CNN and Martha Raddatz of ABC News.

The questions that will be used in the second debate will come from citizen participants while the other half will be the controversial topics as often discussed on social media sites.

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will be given two minutes to answer each of the question plus an additional minute will be spent for the moderator to facilitate additional questions. The participants of the debate will be uncommitted voters chosen by the Gallup polling organization.

The presidential debate, which will last for 90 minutes, will be broadcasted live on ABC, FOX, NBC, CNN, Fox News, C-Span, MSNBC, CBS, as well as the other media outlets.

As the second and third presidential debates were already scheduled in October, will there be possibility that Donald Trump takes the lead over Hillary Clinton?
