The much awaited Samsung Galaxy S4 will finally be available for purchase starting next week, April 24, but costumers can preorder the device immediately with AT&T, according to ABC News.
The new Samsung Galaxy S4 is finally out and will be available for purchase staring next week, April 24. However, for the impatient lot, AT&T allows a preorder for the device. The order can be placed on the website for both the 16GB and 32 GB versions of the Smartphone, says the report. The 16GB model comes at a cost of $199.99 with a two-year contract. The 32 GB one is available for $249.99 along with a two year contract. For people who don't want to enter into a contract with the carrier, the Smartphone can be bought at $639.99.
T-Mobile is also offering the Samsung S4 through its website starting April 24, under its new "uncarrier" pricing. This means that the customer pays $149.99 upfront and then $20 per month for the next 24 months.
Sprint will, however, start the sales of Samsung Galaxy S4 a little later from April 27, but customers can preorder their device starting April 18. The carrier is offering the 16 GB version of the phone for $249.99 with a two-year contract. For new customers, the carrier is offering the phone for $149.99 with a two-year contract.
Verizon also announced that it will be selling Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphones but has not yet revealed the launch date.
Apart from these specific carriers, Wal-Mart will also be selling the AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile versions of the phone. The AT&T version of the 16GB model will be priced at $169 with a two-year contract with Wal-Mart. The AT&T version will be available for $199.99 with a two-year contract at Staples starting April 26. The T-Mobile version will be out May 1 at Staples.
