Is Miley Cyrus dating Kellan Lutz? Dating rumors started circulating after Cyrus and Lutz were spotted arriving in Miami on the same private jet, E! News reports.

The 21-year-old singer and her best friend Cheyne Thomas landed in Miami on Wednesday, Dec. 18 so the singer could rehearse for her Jingle Ball performance this weekend. Lutz is also in Miami to promote his new movie "The Legend of Hercules" but a source told E! that the two "are definitely not dating."

The source didn't explain why they decided to take the same private jet but said Cyrus and Lutz have a lot of mutual friends. A fan reportedly told E! that the "We Can't Stop" singer left the airport and arrived at her hotel without Lutz  but Thomas was with her.

"Miley looked tired, but was happy to greet us," the fan said. "She also looked like she was in a hurry, but still had her typical great sense of humor and fun-loving personality."

Following her split from "Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth in September, Cyrus has been linked to a number of guys including producer Mike Will Made It, Rolling Stone photographer Theo Warner, rapper French Montana and Juicy J. 

"DON'T hug your friends goodbye unless you wanna be rumored 'dating,'" Cyrus tweeted following the reports that she was secretly hooking up French Montana. "I wanna think more of the world but people just keep proving their stupidity."

The 21-year-old singer recently opened up about breaking off her engagement with the actor to Barbara Walters for the ABC special "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2013," which airs Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 9:30 p.m. ET.

"I was so scared of ever being alone, and I think, conquering that fear, this year, was actually bigger than any other transition that I had, this entire year," she said. "I don't ever want to have to need someone again, where you feel like, without them, you can't be yourself."
