The hype from Rockstar's launch of "Grand Theft Auto V" has finally worn off but that doesn't mean that the developer is anywhere close to finished. It's multiplayer version of the popular crime game is in full swing with users logging on to create mayhem and destruction 24/7. Now, a new leaked video shows users a bit about what's next for "Grand Theft Auto Online."
The content creator tool has been highly anticipated by fans ever since "Grand Theft Auto V" was announced earlier this year. It has taken Rockstar some time to get the early launch glitches with GTA Online fixed and that has likely been the reason for the delay on bringing the tool to all players.
However, a YouTube user has apparently gained access to the feature. The short video clip (seen below) shows the user posted his findings to LiveUnknownHacks and apparently features him playing the game with the content creator on an isometric view of Los Santos with a bunch of markers laid out and places to put spawn points, guns and vehicles.
According to the person who posted the video, the version that he was working with was old and only allowed users to create races and deathmatches. He goes on to explain that in GTA Online's updated 1.06 patch, the full size of the creator was changed. So far there is no word yet on what the new version will have but there is speculation from sites like IGN and the creator that it will include the option to create missions.
For now MP1st pulled a few interesting details about what users can do in the new version of the tool. For example, when creating a race you can choose the type of race, number of laps, time of day and even whether or not wanted levels are enabled.
