If Miley Cyrus has taught us one thing this year, it's to expect the unexpected. The recently-turned 21-year-old pop star not only threw a wild birthday bash over the weekend, but recently erected something very bizarre in her Studio City, Calif. backyard.

In celebration of her 21st, Cyrus erected a giant teepee decorated with a Native American-inspired triangle pattern right by her backyard pool, which reportedly sleeps up to four people and cost her a whopping $25,000, according to Celeb Digs.

The crazy luxe teepee cost even more than the birthday gift she received from her doting dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, who gifted the "Wrecking Ball" singer a $24,000 customized Can-Am Spyder motorcycle with her initials painted all over the bike's body.

"Best birthday night ever. im depressed my birthday is over," Cyrus tweeted recently, and according to reports from TMZ and Us Weekly, her bash was indeed epic. The party took place the night of the American Music Awards at the Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A., not long after Cyrus gave another memorable performance while wearing a high-cut, two-piece cat print leotard as a virtual kitten cried behind her on the projection screen.

Insiders reveal that Cyrus's bash included strippers, plenty of booze and even a guest appearance from Dr. Seuss's the Lorax, among a host of celebrity pals like Kelly Osbourne, Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose, Emma Roberts, Liam Payne and Niall Horan of One Direction and Ke$ha.
