Justin Bieber is Teen Vogue's May Cover Boy

Justin Bieber is Teen Vogue's May cover boy .

Bieber will make a second appearance on the cover of Teen Vogue for its May Music Issue. The last time the teen heartthrob appeared on the cover was in October 2010 when the magazine focused on him as a rising star and the new issue highlights the crazy year he's been through. The cover picture has also been captioned "Justin's Crazy Year."

Talking to the magazine about his newly gained stardom, Bieber said though he's famous worldwide, his phone never rings.

"Literally, my phone never rings," Bieber told the magazine. "I only have, like, four people that I keep in contact with. I don't need a bunch of friends to make me happy. I just need the people close to me that I love, that's all."

Bieber said the people closest and dearest to him in the whole world are his mom, dad and friend Lil Twist along with some of his friends back home.

"Twist is my best friend," Justin said. "They don't see me as Justin Bieber, but just see me as Justin."

Bieber said his Twitter fans are really nice and even though he has so many followers, he rarely comes across a negative tweet about himself. But that's not the case with YouTube. The "Boyfriend" singer said he tries not to read YouTube comments because they make him sad and depressed, but there is a silver lining.

"Every time a hater visits my YouTube page, I get, like, four cents," he said. "So tell the haters to keep hating, keep commenting, because I'm making money."

The magazine will hit news stands later this month.
