Thursday night on "Late Night with Seth Meyers," the host took some of the greatest clichés from films about Boston and packed them into one super parody trailer for "Boston Accent," a film that was "probably directed by Ben Affleck."

"In a town where loyalty is king, where the line between right and wrong is blurred and justice is anything but blind, one thing reigns supreme.. Boston accent," a voice over said as the trailer started.

The trailer had all the stereotypes of movies about Boston like, "The politician with the upscale, Kennedy-type Boston accent; the townie who says the word 'bro' in every sentence; the hard-nosed detective played by a British actor who's trying his best but doesn't quite have it; and one actor who decided at the last minute not to do a Boston accent at all."

Meyers was joined by his former "Saturday Night Live" co-star Rachel Dratch, who played Meyers wife Donna and wouldn't stop putting jimmies on his ice-cream.

The fake film had already received rave reviews, according to the trailer. Vanity Fair called "Boston Accent," "a tour de force of dropped R's and a brilliant showcase of the words 'wicked' and 'pisser.'"
